Merlynda Nexus is an independent travel advisor affiliated with Fora Travel. Where bookings are made through approved travel partners or suppliers, separate supplier terms and booking conditions will also apply.

Enquiries
Submitting an enquiry does not create a booking or contractual agreement. Every enquiry is reviewed individually before recommendations are prepared.
Recommendations & Bookings

Hotels, flights, transfers, experiences and other travel arrangements remain subject to supplier availability, pricing and individual booking conditions.
Changes & Cancellations

Liability
Merlynda Nexus provides planning and coordination services and cannot accept responsibility for airline cancellations, supplier changes, weather disruption, government travel restrictions or events outside reasonable control.
